Ericsson recruits 01 Key Account Manager – Senegal

About this opportunity

Ericsson is looking for Key Account Manager (KAM) who wants to be part of CU West Africa and Morocco transformation Journey. Through critical thinking, business development and leadership you will enable a responsible and profitable business for Ericsson.

This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. We are searching for a KAM that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively giving to making customers successful.

What you will do

  • Ensure Ericsson Compliance framework is implemented and adhered to
  • Identify responsible business opportunities
  • Identify customer business needs through consultative engagements
  • Generate profitability sales and develop long term business
  • Improve customer relationship and build dedication
  • Ensure quality and profitability in delivery
  • Lead and develop a stellar sales team

You will bring

  • Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
  • 7-10 years of confirmed experience of relationship sales and within the ICT industry. Minimum 5 years in leadership position
  • Experience across the Full Ericsson portfolio (Networks, Digital Services, Managed Services)
  • Organisational Change and Transformation skills
  • Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility
  • A person that excels at problem solving and critical thinking
  • We are a distributed team and Cultural awareness is key
  • Leadership and change management skills
  • Your ability to enable partnership and collaboration will be needed
  • Financial competence as week as Innovative and creative thinking
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

You should also bring

  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and result oriented
