Amref Health Africa recrute 01 Deputy Chief of Party
The purpose of the Deputy Chief of Party (DCoP) position is to ensure the technical excellence and impact in the Positive Youth Development Activity (PYDA). The DCoP will ensure the PYDA is designed and implemented in line with the state-of-the-art technical approaches and aligned with international and national standards of integrated services for youth. The DCoP is responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance standards to ensure technical excellence of PYDA. This position assures technical quality, program integration and learning across the PYDA. The DCoP will support the Chief of Party (CoP) to oversee and manage individuals in the technical team and assist in strengthening collaborations with multiple partners and staff in the field with support from the headquarters office.
Education
Master’s degree required in a relevant field such as Education, Health, International Development or a closely related field
Required Experience
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leading large and complex partnerships programs focused on youth development projects funded by USAID and/or other funders
