Job Description
- You must have the right to work in your city
- As a City Launcher, you will have full P&L responsibility for your city.
- You will set up, and build the gomycode hackerspace.
- You will set up, hire and manage your own team of about 5-10 people, and set targets to achieve success.
- You will identify new business opportunities for the company and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be involved in all operational aspects, from strengthening internal processes to setting up citywide marketing campaigns.
- You will have to guide and motivate your own team of ambitious and talented people.
- You will be in constant contact with our central team to align our global strategy and targets.

- You have a hands-on attitude and you don’t shy away from completing a whole range of operational tasks.
- You are an analytical mind with outstanding people skills.
- You are confident with making decisions based on data.
- You are bold to try new approaches on doing business and humble to keep learning.
- You are a pure team player, with natural leadership skills. You can motivate people to reach their full potential.
