Responsibilities :
– Ensure the perfect execution of the weekly promotional plan in compliance with existing processes
– Work closely with the local and central teams to ensure that customer communication strategy meets requirements
– Monitor and report the channel performance
– Ensure the good implementation of CRM projects defined
– Ensure perfect execution of emailing campaigns
– Put in place efficient processes to maximize ROI
– Leverage cross venture opportunities to increase free traffic and acquire new customers
– Co Lead A/B teasing
– Improve and optimize cross-channel communication

Profile Requirements
