NBA recruits 01 New Business Sales Analyst

Position Summary

The successful candidates’ responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Support the business operations through effective updating and reporting of new business activity. Evaluate all sales business processes and streamline where possible to enable more effective sales execution. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Creation of weekly sales reports for management through follow-up with individual sales team members to ensure progress has occurred on the next steps. Consolidate and regularly share research around priority segments, markets, and competitors to support the sales team. Prepare and update sales presentations, proposals and reports. Support the creation of sales strategies by working with the sales teams to develop the country and sector-based sales plans. Research key contacts and formalize outreach to key categories/companies. Support the sales team with lead generation by establishing email and LinkedIn target of prospects to setup meetings for the sales team

Major Responsibilities

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Strong admin and computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in sales or customer related experience
  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience with improving existing business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across key internal departments and ensure buy in from various constituents
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organization skills

Experience Needed

  • 1 – 2 years customer-facing experience required
  • International experience and cross-cultural engagement are required to cater to EMEA’s wide customer base
  • Fluency in French and English is a must
  • Sports marketing experience is preferred

Educational Background Required

University degree.
