Votre profil Education University graduateMBA is a plus   
Experience Minimum 10 years experience; 8 of which in direct sales with a at least 3 years in a supervisory role Recent people management experience is a mustProfessional experience in direct sales of high added value products & servicesExposure to the telecommunication or mobile sector is an asset.

Planning and organizing
Manage a Large Accounts team managers making sure they Plan, organize, direct and control their sales staff  to meet organization’s  objectivesAccomplish sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; coaching sales representatives on ride-longs; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Functional Management
Set objectives and targets of direct sales force to achieve sales, revenue, ARPU & Churn goals assigned for   the team analyze the market situation and set plans to maximize profitability within the large accounts portfolio.Maintaining rapport with strategic accounts to move up the relation from preferred supplier to partner through translating their needs to business partnership.Develop the sales within the list of prospect/existing customers, promoting new solutions & new products to the related customers.Identify, highlight and segment the large prospects within greater Cairo region.Identify the latent needs in the market/segment and convert it to clear business value.Collaborate  with marketing team for developing products, service, and pricing by evaluating competitive developments; analyzing, and discovering gaps in the current products, service, based on analyzing customers’ needs and requests.Run exclusivity contracts with key customers and manage all related subjects.Achieve the sales objectives set for him/her by the management.Assure smooth & satisfactory customer’s journey with the organization.Work closely with other departments to ensure proper delivery of the customers’ needs.Discuss offers & solutions presented to the customers with the team members in order to confirm the best results and deliver strong business value.Anticipate market threats and establish preventive actions.Take corrective actions when needed to reach the organization’s objectives.Review & monitor both retention& acquisition requests before implementation to secure the highest level of cost efficiency & Ensure profitability.Hold regular channel meetings with large team cascading the departmental plans & strategies to the team and keep maintain the understanding of the organization’s objective .Regularly meet with the large accounts customers to ensure the proper delivery of the customers’ needs.Participate & support the team in the negotiations.Communicate with all departments marketing, finance, legal, credit, customer service & HR to facilitate workflow & assure smooth work environment. Identify the weaknesses & strengths of each team member and set the appropriate personal development plan to fulfill the gaps.Ensure that the sales floor operations functions smoothlyPlan & Run sales initiatives/campaigns to sustain sales growth. Monitor on hand stocks of the whole team members to assure nil variance.Help his/her team to explore new opportunities and convert it to business value.Manage the daily operational tasks.Establish revenue and sales objectives by understanding customer base and product offerings; forecasting sales environment; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; studying costs; developing sales plans and quotas, and account penetration objectives; evaluating accounts..Regularly develop presentations to executive management illustrating the channel & market position.
People Management
Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the department.Developing the most well trained, professional sales force possibleProvide coaching and request needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.Work to improve accounts managers sales skills, business skills.Ensure a healthy working environment for the large team employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives.Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.Inspire sales team to meet performance objectives; rewards positive performance; closely manage poor performance.Provide on the job coaching to the team members to transfer the knowledge and work experience preparing new strong line of sales force team and future managers as well.
