International Staffing Company recrute 01 Account And Finance Manager
Our client is a team of professionals in the international trade of high quality steel products. The company has extensive experience in international trade with buyers from over 70 countries.
The finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations. This includes:
- Overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting;
- Working closely with other departments to ensure that financial goals are met and that the company is operating within its budget;
- Make recommendations to upper management on how to improve the overall financial performance of the company;
- Hold a weekly or monthly financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting to explain complex financial information to non-financial staff and make decisions that will impact the financial health of the company.
Duties
- Overall responsibility of accurate financial reporting and performance management to specific deadlines;
- Manage Working Capital in efficiently and effectively;
- Manage the import schedule by monthly review;
- Supervise all financial assistants performance if any to be hired later on;
- Manage the reports to management as daily report, monthly report & yearly report in detail;
- Monitor the Internal Control & Accounting System;
- Prepare Official Tax Return Submissions timely if applicable;
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations, laws and legislation as it happens in Senegal and in the region;
- Arrange Pre audit programs regularly and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance is carried out;
- Prepare budget planning at the beginning of the year and managing budgets throughout the year with monthly review and be prepare and ready whenever required or needed;
- Perform budgetary control procedures monthly to ensure within budgets and highlightsignificant variances;
- Develop, upgrade and improve upon existing procedure and whenever it is necessary;
- Manages full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts monthly and yearly;
- Manages the accounting team in day to day functional operations as the team will expand;
- Calculate the estimated result for each deal before its implementation in order to plan the company’s profitability and interact with the commercial service;
- Prepare commercial documents and interact with contractors for their signing, transfer and accounting;
- Keep track of the payment receipt schedule, control receivables and payables, work to prevent delays in receiving payments from buyers;
- Ensure maximum profitability of the company in the long term.
Profile
- Master’s degree in accounting;
- 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position
