• Head CES’ satellite office (in Tangier or Lima)• Management of the daily operations and services performed from the CES satellite office• Under the guidance of the Head of CES, develop the business expansion strategy together with Head of CES Inspection and M&R business.• Assist the CES Head of Inspection and M&R business with customer and other business stakeholder management (e.g. Global AM Portfolio team, Global AM Reliability team, terminals’ Head of AM and internal/local resources in the region).• Manage existing business in co-operation with the Functional Heads of CES (e.g. Inspectionand M&R / Digitization / PM / QA / Finance Departments).• Recruit and develop new personnel and capacity to fulfil the business and customer needs for the CES satellite office.• Lead the CES satellite team to be a high performing organisation

General Areas of Responsibilities: • Ensure the satellite office is staffed with adequate, suitable, qualified, and trained personnel• Build lasting relationships with customer and Global AM team.• Acquire new customers• Introduce new services• Expenses and resources consumptions in the satellite offices• Productivity and efficiency• Utilisation of company assets and technical resources• Carry out various projects and report accordingly as requested by the Head of CES and his/her delegate.• Attend courses as laid out by training programme and do this with a positive mind for learning
Specific Areas of Responsibilities: • Set-up CES capacity in the region of the satellite office• Source and engage competitive suppliers, locally• Keep regular dialogue with container terminal customers in the region.• Set-up daily job control, cost control and invoice handling processes• Secure new CES projects in the region.• Conduct regular briefings / meetings with staff and stakeholders• Provide technical support for the requisition of other department within CES or the Global AM organization
We are looking for • Possess an engineering degree in related field (automation / mechanical / electrical / maintenance) or business administration or equivalent experience. • At least Five (5) years  port equipment / engineering / transportation / maintenance experience or equivalent military experience.• Have strong managerial, supervisory, team building, motivating and decision-making skills inorder to effectively influence stakeholders on a daily basis to achieve operational goals.• Be receptive to innovative ideas and suggestions, think strategically and have long term vision.• Have flair in understanding technical topics• Demonstrate strong leadership skills• Possess the ability to build a team• Have good interpersonal skills• Have good command of both written and oral English (Spanish and/or French in addition is an advantage) POSTULER
