Funding Information

Professional Development Program awards up to $90,000.
Projects may last up to 36 months.
About 10-12 projects are funded each year.
Eligibility Criteria

SARE grants may only be used to fund projects within the United States and its island protectorates.
The North Central Region consists of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
Applicants are educators who often represent but are not limited to, Extension, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and non-profit groups.
